Roles

League Administrator

The user responsible for managing the entire tournament or league. Has full access to the HMS platform within their organization — including teams, players, schedules, and statistics

A user responsible for entering data for individual games, including goals, penalties, and other advanced statistics. Has an access to the HMS system limited to recording match data and performing basic team and roster management.

Players

Users who follow the competition through the official website or social media channels. They do not have access to the HMS system but can view results, standings, player statistics, and live updates in real time.

Funkcionalities for administrators

- Secure access for league, tournament, and competition administrators
- Competition administrators can define the entire competition structure — including phases, groups, and seasons.
- They can configure match formats such as the number and duration of periods, penalty systems, and point allocation rules.
- Option to automatically generate complete match schedules.
- Administrators can import team lists — including logos, jersey color variants, and attachments.
- Ability to create user access for managing individual teams (team manager accounts).
- Administrators can assign referees and timekeepers to games.
- Option to send match invitations with information about uniforms, referees, and other details.
- Ability to define awards that can later be assigned to teams or players (e.g., All-Star Team of the Month, medals for 1st–Nth place, etc.).
- Player registration via an online form with mandatory field validation; new players are approved by the administrator.
- Option to export all data to CSV or Excel (player lists, team lists, statistics, standings, etc.).
- Advanced filters for selecting and monitoring only the data the administrator needs.
- Ability to define player levels and tag players with a specific "Player Level."
- Financial tracking for team payments, and payment statuses for referees and timekeepers.
- Option to integrate existing league websites with the HMS system (displaying schedules, standings, and stats via iframes).
- Option to export data from HMS into pre-designed templates for creating shareable content on social media (weekly recaps, daily summaries, players of the month, top scorers, etc.).

Funkcionalities for timekeepers

- Secure access to the HMS system
- View the full match schedule with the option to see "My Games."
- Edit the team lineup for each specific match.
- Record detailed in-game events.
- Current period and exact game time can be logged for each event.
- Each event can include attributes such as shot type, ice location, or goal location.
- Record faceoffs, goalie saves, goals, penalties, penalty shots, and injuries.
- Select and assign "Stars of the Game."
- The system automatically generates reports for game announcers to assist with live match commentary.
- Upload attachments related to the match (photos, official score sheets, etc.).
- Mark and track payments related to the match (referees, timekeepers, or team payments).
- Add a title, short summary, or article for a match – the text is automatically displayed on the match's webpage.
- Insert a link to a Flickr photo album – photos are automatically displayed on the match's webpage.
- Add a YouTube video link – the video is automatically embedded and displayed on the match's webpage.
- Close or finalize the match once all information is completed.
